Our advice is based on your current diet, and takes into account your likes and dislikes. You will need to answer a questionnaire and record everything you eat and drink for 3 days. Once we have analysed your diet, we can give you practical feedback about what foods you could include to improve your nutrient intake and what you could use to replace those foods you should eat less often. All advice is based on current scientific evidence and we do not recommend cutting out any food groups.

 

This is not a fad, one size fits all diet; we want to help you to make small changes to your eating habits that will give permanent results.
